Hydro colon therapy at Abba is a gentle, gravity-fed water cleanse designed to support relief from constipation and low gut motility. Using the Angel of Water system, every session is performed with care, privacy, and your comfort as the top priority.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Our team will bring you to your private treatment room for a brief orientation and instructions on how your session begins. When you’re ready, press the call light to let your provider know. Plan for up to 1.5 hours, which gives us time to answer your questions at the start. The treatment itself averages 45 minutes.

Before Your Session

All new clients complete an intake form so we can confirm the session is right for you and check for any contraindications. Detailed preparation instructions are shared after you book. Some clients, such as those preparing for a medical procedure, require a referral and more detailed instructions from their doctor first.

After Your Session

• Keep to a light, clean diet for at least 24 hours: soups, broths, fresh juices, and easy-to-digest whole grains

• Stay hydrated

• Take a quality probiotic for at least 3 days afterward

• Avoid alcohol for several days

• Eat smaller portions and chew thoroughly

How Often

Many clients start with a 12-session series, followed by monthly maintenance. This is entirely your choice, and we’ll help you find a schedule that fits your body and goals.

• New clients: $180 per session

• Established clients: $120 per session

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a non-invasive treatment that lifts, tightens, and firms the skin, with no surgical downtime. It’s a great fit if you’re noticing early signs of aging, like a softening jawline or minor sagging, and want gradual, natural-looking results.

Is HIFU Right for You?

• You have mild to moderate skin laxity

• You’re in your late 30s to mid-50s

• You carry some extra fullness around the jowls, cheeks, or chin

• You’re looking for gradual improvement, with results building over 2 to 3 months as new collagen forms

Areas Treated: Full face (excluding the eye area) and intimate rejuvenation.

Sessions & Recovery: Most clients need 2 to 4 sessions, spaced 8 weeks apart. There’s no downtime, though we recommend avoiding workouts and hot steam for 24 hours. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, tingling, or sensitivity may last a few hours, sometimes a few days, and minor bruising is possible.
